My name is Rory O'Brien, and I am a human performance specialist. For me, fitness training goes beyond just appearances; it's about empowering people to discover their inner strength and making virtue an integral part of their lives. 

 

With years of experience, top-notch study, and advanced certifications, I'm here to help you climb the mountains in your life - whether that mountain is overcoming back pain, keeping up with your kids, your next 5k, or agency fitness test.

 

I've worked with a wide range of clients and athletes, from military personnel to high school and collegiate athletes, to parents and senior citizens; so regardless of your background, goals, or current fitness level, I am here to provide you with top-notch, personalized fitness training that caters to your unique needs.

My main focus through Guardian Strength and Conditioning's online fitness programs is to help busy parents and first responders by providing effective, efficient programs that allow you to prioritize your health and be there for those who count on you.

 

I know what it's like to have a crying baby, to have work or family commitments late at night, and scramble to find time to exercise.

 

I know what it's like to worry about that nagging injury as I pick up my son.

 

I know what's it like to ask if things will change. 

 

That's why I'm doing this.

 

When you're a first responder or a parent, you're doing the most important work on the planet. Because of this, I believe that you deserve to have the same level of scientifically-backed, individualized fitness training that professional athletes have.
